With the recent road rules changes it’s important we keep our hands off our mobile while we’re driving and one way is with a Plantronics Bluetooth device.
Plantronics, one of the leading manufacturers of Bluetooth devices, have released the K100 in-car speakerphone and the Marque 2 ultra-light headset.
Both can pair wirelessly to your smartphone and have dual microphones for enhanced audio quality and noise cancellation so your calls are crystal clear.
Plantronics K100 in-car speakerphone – $79.99
This is a handy all-in-one device that fits on your car’s sun visor and easily pairs with your phone for making and receiving hands-free phone calls while you’re driving.

The slim device has easy-to-locate buttons and a crisp clear speaker so your calls come through loud and clear.
And the K100’s speaker can also come in handy to stream other audio in your car like your GPS’s turn-by-turn instructions and even the music and podcasts stored on your smartphone thanks to its A2DP compatibility.
The Plantronics K100 also has an on-board FM transmitter so you also direct that audio through your car’s speakers as well.
The Plantronics K100 is priced at $79.99.

Plantronics Marque 2 – $59.99
This discreet headset can keep you connected to your mobile device and also keep your hands on the steering wheel.
The tiny device, available in either black or white, offers excellent call quality courtesy of the dual microphone noise reduction system.
And it can truly be labelled a “hands-free” device thanks to the voice control feature which allows callers to simply say “Answer” or “Ignore” to handle their calls.
The headset can also be used to stream your music and podcasts from your smartphone.

The device can also be used with Plantronics’ MyHeadset app to record voice memos and perform pre-call sound checks.
The Plantronics Marque 2 is available now and priced at $59.99.
Both of these Plantronics Bluetooth products can be purchased from Platinum Communication outlets across Australia.
