It’s now Day 5 of the Tech Guide 12 Days of Christmas gift ideas and the devices of the day are wireless Bluetooth speakers.

There has been a plethora of Bluetooth speakers released this year so the good news is there is plenty to choose from.

But the bad news is that not all speakers are created equal and we’ve put together this list to help you find the product that’s right for you or the person you’re buying for.

Here is a full list of the Tech Guide 12 Days of Christmas gift ideas:

Day 1: Smartphones

Day 2: Cameras

Day 3: Wearables/Activity trackers

Day 4: Tablets

Day 5: Speakers

Day 6: Gadgets

Day 7: Gaming

Day 8: Smartwatches

Day 9: TVs/Blu-ray Discs

Day 10: Computers

Day 11: Sport Gadgets

Day 12: Headphones

It’s Day 5 and we’re looking at Bluetooth wireless speakers.

DAY 5 – SPEAKERS

BoseSoundlinkColour1

BOSE SOUNDLINK COLOUR – $179

Bose knows a thing or two about high quality audio and they’ve taken that knowledge and applied it to the new Soundlink Colour Bluetooth speaker,

Available in blue, red, green, black and white, Bose Soundlink Colour weighs just 570g so it can go anywhere with you.

The device links wirelessly with your smartphone or tablet to stream your music with a surprisingly high quality for a speaker of this size and price.

NudeAudio

NUDE AUDIO SUPER M – $129

The Nude Audio Super M is not only a wireless speaker, it is also waterproof so you can take it with you by the pool, to the beach or in the shower.

The speaker is about 13cm long and just 2.8cm thick so its small enough to take with you and also comes with a built-in cord so you can hang it anywhere.

But despite the flat shape of the device, the Nude Audio Super M still manages to pack in four full range drivers and two passive subwoofers for a sound that will impress.

BeoPlay2

BANG & OLUFSEN BEOPLAY A2 – $479

Bang & Olufsen is known for its unique style and design and that’s exactly what they’ve brought to the table with the BeoPlay A2.

The speaker offers True360 omni-directional technology so it sounds good no matter where you’re sitting in the room.

It has a leather strap handle so it’s easy to carry from room to room.

And as an added bonus the USB port on the device can also recharge your smartphone as well.

Here’s our complete review of the BeoPlay A2 speakers

samsungwireless1

SAMSUNG M7 MULTIROOM SPEAKER – $499

Samsung’s M7 is the company’s first major entry into the wireless multiroom speaker space and gives listeners complete control of the music and other audio sources.

Apart from your own music you also access music services like Pandora, Spotify and Deezer and control everything from the iOS or Android app.

And on the audio side – they really deliver.

This is our complete review of the Samsung M7 multiroom speakers.

Other speakers Tech Guide has looked at this year.

Bose Wireless SoundTouch Series II

Voombox

Jawbone Mini Jambox
