Uniden will be offering another Aldi Special Buy on December 14 – the iGO Play 10 – a 10.26-inch wireless CarPlay and Android Auto system that will allow any vehicle to access and use messaging, navigation and music apps safely while driving.

The Uniden iGO Play 10 will be priced at $169 and integrates with iPhones for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto when wirelessly connecting to Android smartphones.

The unit has a 10.26-inch colour touchscreen and mounts on your dashboard and draws power from your car.

The built-in FM transmitter means users can simply tune their FM radio to a preset frequency so the audio can be played from the Uniden iGO Play 10 through the car’s speakers.

When connected users can make and receive calls hands-free using Siri or Google Assistant and use voice commands for calling, checking voice mail and check your calendar.

The Uniden iGO Play 10 also makes it possible to receive messages and have them read out to you and you can then send messages using your voice as well while your hands are still safely on the wheel.

Users can also use the system to access navigation apps like Apple Maps, Google Maps and Waze which can also navigate to any address you tell it so there is no distracting keyboard and typing.

And you can access your favourite music apps including Apple Music, Spotify to play through your car’s speakers along with apps to play podcasts and audiobooks.

The Uniden iGO Play 10 will go on sale at Aldi stores across Australia on Saturday December 14 and will be priced at $169.
