The Xiaomi 17T smartphone series – the 17T Pro, and the 17T – which includes the Leica camera system has just launched in Australia and come with EOFY discounts and bonus gifts.
The 17T series builds on Xiaomi’s flagship range and continues the long-term collaboration with Leica for its co-engineered imaging systems.

The 17T series have a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with 3500 nits peak brightness that’s protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The display is also Dolby Vision and HDR10+ compatible.
Xiaomi Vision Care is a technology that can adapt light and manage blue light, flicker, and motion blur to provide all-day eye comfort.
In fact the 17T series is the first to receive the TÜV Rheinland Quad Eye Care certification.
The 17T Pro screen runs at up to 144Hz with a 1 nit minimum brightness. 17T runs at 120Hz.
The 17T Pro is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 3nm processor and has a massive 7000mAh silicon carbon battery which is the largest on a Xiaomi series smartphone.
17T runs the MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra 4nm processor and has a 6500mAh silicon carbon battery.
On the camera side the 17T series offers Leica optics with Xiaomi’s imaging technology in a triple camera system led by a 50MP Leica main camera, along with the 1G + 6P Leica Summilux lens and Leica UltraPure optical design.
The 50MP Leica 5x telephoto camera with OIS is included on both models and offers 10x optical grade zoom with up to 120x AI Ultra zoom, along with 30cm macro.
Alongside these are a 12 MP Leica Ultra-Wide and a 32 MP front camera.
The 17T Pro adds Xiaomi’s first 4K 60fps cinematic recording, along with 8K 30fps and 4K 120fps.
The Xiaomi 17 Pro is available in Deep Blue, Deep Violet and Black. While the 17T is available in Violet, Blue and Black.
