Samsung will be expanding its audio offerings in 2026 with upgraded soundbars and new standalone wi-fi speakers to offer users new ways of experiencing sound throughout their home.
The new range of audio products from Samsung will be showcased at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
The new range will include the latest flagship soundbar (HW-Q990H model) and two new wi-fi speakers – the Music Studio 5 and Music Studio 7 which were designed by Erwan Bouroullec.
“Almost a decade ago, Samsung introduced the concept of lifestyle TVs, combining revolutionary yet highly sophisticated designs with powerful performance to elevate home theatre experiences, says Simon Howe, Director – AV, Samsung Australia.

“Today, Samsung is bringing a new series of lifestyle audio devices, offering Australians diversity in design, performance, and intelligent connectivity that extend music and entertainment experiences.
“Samsung Australia insights show that almost two-thirds of Australians relax by listening to music.
“Our 2026 audio line-up has been designed to enhance these experiences and elevate living space décor no matter your lifestyle.”
SAMSUNG Q-SERIES SOUNDBAR – HW-Q990H
Samsung has upped its soundbar game and offering higher cinematic sound quality to produce even richer immersion in your home.
The latest soundbar debuts a new technology called Sound Elevation that can lift dialogue as if the voices are coming from the centre of the screen.
Auto Volume is another new feature which can maintain consistent volume across all channels and content to provide a more balanced listening experience.
The new Samsung soundbar is an 11.1.4 channel system and combines a 7.0.2 channel main bar with a 4.0.2 channel rear speakers along with dual 8-inch compact active subwoofer.

MUSIC STUDIO 7 – LS70H
The Music Studio 7 offers 3.1.1 channel spatial sound through left, right and top firing speakers to create 360-degree immersion.
Under the hood is Samsung’s Audio Lab Pattern Control Technology which can remove signal overlap for cleaner directional sound.
Meanwhile AI Dynamic Bass Control provides deep bass with virtually no distortion and Hi-Resolution Audio enables audio processing up to 24-bit/96Hz.
The Music Studio 7 can be enjoyed as a stand-alone speaker or paired with additional compatible sound units as well as compatible Samsung TVs via Q Symphony so users can create wider stereo or a full surround sound setup.
MUSIC STUDIO 5 – LS50H
The Music Studio 5 has a smaller form factor but can still elevate interior spaces.
It was also tuned by Samsung Audio Lab and has a four-inch woofer and dual tweeters along with the built-in waveguide for clear and balance sound.
The AI Dynamic Bass Control also deepens those lower frequencies without any distortion.
The Music Studio 5 also offers wi-fi casting, streaming services, voice control and Bluetooth so it can provide seamless and smart connectivity.
