UK tech company Nothing has launched its flagship Phone (3) smartphone with a unique design and impressive features along with Headphone (1) – its first over-ear headphones which shares the company’s expressive design approach.

The Nothing Phone (3) and Headphones (1) are available to preorder from July 4 and will go on sale on July 15.

NOTHING PHONE (3)

The Nothing Phone (3) is a major evolution for the company’s first true flagship device that still showcases the design trademarks of the brand while adding useful and unique features to offer a whole new experience for the user.

The device’s design is unmistakably nothing with its transparent panels and shapes that were inspired by modern architecture.

“Tech has become boring; every phone looks the same, feels the same, does the same,”

said Carl Pei, CEO of Nothing.

“That’s why we took our time. After two years of focused development, Phone (3) is our

answer: a flagship built to make tech feel personal again.

“To spark creativity, reflect identity, and give people more control over how they connect and create.

“At Nothing, we don’t follow trends, we build with intention, and we build with our community.”

The Nothing Phone (3) has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits (HDR) and 1600 nits (HMB).

It offers up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and, thanks to the four-side uniform bezel design, it pushes screen body ratio to 92.89 per cent for an edge to edge look.

and is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor which delivers faster AI and gaming performance and improved power efficiency.

It also has a 5150mAh silicon carbon battery with 65W wired and 15W wireless fast charging.

On the camera side, the Phone (3) has a prograde camera system which can take impressive images even in low light as well as shooting 4K60FPS video.

One major new feature of the Phone (3) is the Glyph Matrix which can communicate key information via a mini screen on the back panel.

Users can get app specific notifications, progress indicators another information at a glance without having to look at the screen.

The Glyph Matrix can also be used as a mirror to frame up your selfies, a digital clock, stopwatch and a battery indicator.

The Nothing the Phone (3) is running the Nothing OS 3.5 platform which offers a monochrome theme to reduce distractions and the ability to remove app labels for a cleaner look.

AI will also have a significant role on the Phone (3) and will include Essential Search which offers a system wide look at your contacts photos and files to get instant answers whether you’re asking about the weather, your calendar or places around you.

The Nothing the Phone (3) will be priced at $1,509 for the 12GB RAM, 256GB variant and $1,689 for the 16GB, 512GB model.

NOTHING HEADPHONE (1)

Nothing has launched its first ever over the year headphones – the Headphone (1) – which has been crafted in collaboration with audio company KEF to deliver a high quality listening experience while still expressing Nothing’s distinct design language.

The Headphone (1) features the same iconic transparent elements that we’ve seen with Nothing’s smartphones which are being created to not only look good but comfortable to wear as well.

They are made with formed aluminium precision CNC components, durable plastics and PU memory foam.

The earcups mould to the listener’s head with reduced ear pressure to offer a secure yet comfortable seal that can be worn for hours at a time.

There are tactile controls built into the earphones for a reliable and more precise way to adjust the volume, switch listening modes and navigate your music.

Nothing’s partnership with KEF brings 60 years of audio expertise to the table.

KEF’s advanced acoustic engineering and tuning tools have been built into the Headphone (1) 40mm dynamic drivers to deliver crisp and natural audio with deep bass.

The headphones also offer advanced noise cancellation through dual feedforward and feedback microphones which can adapt to your environment.

A new 4-mic system powered by AI can offer clear voice calls even in the busiest of locations.

The Nothing Headphone (1) offer up to 35 hours of listening time with a quick five minute charge providing 2.4 hours of playback with ANC.

The Nothing Headphone (1) will be available in black and white and will be priced at $549. Preorders start on July 4 before going on sale on July 15.
