Instagram, the popular photo and video sharing app, is now available for Windows Phone 8 devices from Microsoft’s Store.
The free app which has more than 150 million users worldwide now brings social photo sharing top a range of Windows Phone 8 devices.
These products include Nokia’s affordable Lumia 520 and the more recently released Nokia Lumia 1020 which has a 41-megapixel camera onboard.
The popularity of Instagram comes not only from easily sharing your images but also applying filters and effects to give it an artier look.
Images from Instagram can also be shared on Facebook, Twitter Tumblr and Foursquare.
The Windows Phone 8 version of Instagram will have live tile with updates which can be viewed on the home screen without opening the app.
