Samsung has released the new 11-inch Galaxy Tab A9+ which offers an impressive tablet experience but at a more affordable price.

This is the “go big or go home” tablet. The 14.6-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is a tablet on steroids and it has the power and features to back it up as well.

Tablets have become a lot more powerful in recent years – so powerful they can take the place of your laptop or step in as an alternative.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is one of those tablets.

It is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 3.36Ghz octa-core processor and 12GB RAM which makes it quite a capable device.

OPPO PAD 2 – $699

Oppo’s Pad 2 is the first tablet to adopt a 7:5 aspect ratio to offer a more comfortable viewing and reading experience for users.

Traditionally, Android tablets have a 16:10 shape but Oppo decided to make the move the other way so the device is more like the shape of an A4 piece of paper or a book.

The device is just 6.54mm thick and weighs 552g.

Oppo’s Pad 2 has an 11.61-inch display with a 2800 x 2000 resolution and support for 144Hz refresh rate to offer a smooth high quality viewing experience. It has 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard memory.

GOOGLE PIXEL TABLET – $899

The Google Pixel Tablet is a bit of an allrounder – it’s great for entertainment and running your favourite apps and, when attached to the included dock, can turn into a smart speaker, smart home hub and a mini smart TV.

The Android tablet has a 10.95-inch LCD display with a 2560 x 1600 resolution, 60Hz refresh rate and has a soft touch rear panel and edges.

It is also powered by the Google Tensor G2 chip which offers excellent performance and speed to make using the tablet a breeze. Onboard is 8GB RAM and either 128 or 256GB internal storage.

KOBO ELIPSA 2E – $579

Kobo has released the new Elipsa 2E which provides an upgraded reading and writing experience so you can have your books at your fingertips and handwrite your notes directly on the screen.

The Kobo Elipsa 2E has a 10.3-inch E Ink touchscreen with ComfortLight Pro to reduce blue light and eye strain.

Users can adjust the brightness and colour temperature and there’s even a natural light feature which makes the backlight imitate the light at that time of day so it doesn’t interrupt your natural rhythms.
