Uniden launches new SOLO X2K range with AI alerts and 24/7 recording

Uniden has just unveiled its new SOLO X2K security cameras which offer wireless connectivity and a sustainable design to provide protection for Australian homes.

The new products include the SOLO X2K PT Pro Kit and SOLO X2K 4G Pro Kit which are solar-powered and featuring Uniden’s latest OnWatch Technology which provides 24/7 continuous recording for around the clock surveillance which is now available to solar and battery powered cameras for the first time.

The cameras have AI intelligent alerts which means you’re only getting notifications after distinguishing between people, vehicles, animals and other motion.

“Australians are demanding smarter, simpler, and more affordable ways to keep their homes safe,” says Brad Hales, Head of Marketing, Oceania at Uniden.

“The SOLO X2K Series delivers just that.

“Our new solar-powered Pro Kits introduce OnWatch Technology, offering continuous 24/7 recording in a wire-free design.

“Combined with the expanded range, Uniden is giving households more choice and more peace of mind than ever before.”

UNIDEN SOLO X2K PT PRO KIT – $279.95

This a pan and tilt camera that is wireless and comes with a solar panel in the box.

The camera has 2K Super HD resolution, colour night vision, crisp two-way audio, AI alerts and it’s completely weatherproof.

Onboard is large 10,400mAh battery.

The SOLO Z2K PT includes Uniden’s OnWatch Technology for 24/7 recording and comes with a solar panel and 32GB microSD card.

UNIDEN SOLO X2K 4G PRO KIT – $449.95

This unit  includes all of the features of the X2K PT including smart motion detection and ships with a solar panel and 32GB microSD card.

It also features Uniden’s OnWatch Technology for 24/7 recording.

But the difference is it can be used in areas where there is no wi-fi through a 4G SIM card.

It is ideal for building sites, remote properties, boats and RVs.

UNIDEN SOLO X2K BELL PLUS – $179.95

This is a wireless doorbell with 2K resolution and a fish-eye lens to capture wide angle footage when people are at your door and you receive deliveries.

It also offers AI alerts, colour night vision and two-way talk

Also included is a wireless chime.

UNIDEN SOLO X2K 4G PLUS – $229.95

This 4G-enabled weatherproof camera can be used with a 4G SIM card in those places where wi-fi is unavailable.

It has a built-in spotlight, a strong magnetic bracket, a rechargeable 9000 mAh battery and colour night vision.

Also included is a solar panel, 32GB microSD card.

All the Uniden SOLO X2K Series of cameras come with free 7-day rolling cloud backup for the life of the product and dual recording with the included 32GB microSD card. There are no subscription fees or hidden costs.
