Google has unveiled its new Pixel 10 series of smartphones which include impressive new AI powered features, an improved camera and an all-new Tensor G5 processor.

The line-up includes the Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL and the Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

Google also announced a range of new Pixel accessories and companion devices including the new Pixel Snap magnetic charging solution, the Pixel Buds2a and Pixel Buds Pro 2 earphones and the Pixel Watch 4.

The Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL Go on sale on August 28.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will be available on October 9.

On the design side, the Pixel 10 series is built from scratch resistant spacecraft grade aluminium and have an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance.

The devices include Gemini which can not only help you in your creativity and productivity, but it can also help find useful information and get things done across your apps including maps and Gmail.

Users can have natural conversations with the device and share your screen, images, files and YouTube videos.

Through the device’s camera Gemini can see what you see whether you’re asking the best way to rearrange your furniture or getting advice on the best way to complete the task at hand.

One new feature is Magic Cue – a new level of personalised AI that can reach across all the apps in your digital life to anticipate your needs and provide relevant information and actions based on the context on your phone.

The new Pixel 10 series offer several AI-powered features and editing tools in the Pixel camera including Camera Coach, powered by Gemini models built into the camera, which can read the scene and offer suggestions on finding the best angles and lighting.

Then you Auto Best Take can find and combine similar photos into one to make sure everyone is looking their best.

It also has an improved Add Me feature so the photographer can be added to the group shots afterwards as well.

The Pixel 10 series will receive seven years of OS, security and Pixel Drop updates to stay up to date with new and upgraded features.

PIXEL 10 – $1,349 (128GB), $1,499 (256GB)

The Pixel 10 has a 6.3 Actua display which has a peak brightness of 3000 nits – a vast improvement over the Pixel 9 – so users can easily read the screen outdoors even in direct sunlight.

The device has 12GB RAM and is made from durable materials that make it twice as strong as the Pixel 8.

The device has a triple rear camera system which includes a new 5x telephoto lens offering 10x optical image quality and super zoom up to 20X.

The main 48-megapixel wide camera deliver sharp and detailed images even in low lighting.

PIXEL 10 PRO – $1,699 (128GB), $1,849 (256GB), $2049 (512GB), $2,399 (1TB)

PIXEL 10 PRO XL – $1,999 (256GB), $2199 (512GB), $2,549 (1TB)

The Pixel 10 Pro and the Pixel 10 Pro XL include advanced AI with Gemini, the new Google Tensor G5 chip and 16GB RAM to make them the most advanced Pixel phones ever.

They have 6.3-inch and 6.8-inch display sizes so you can choose the size that best suits you.

The devices offer the same camera system and the same performance.

The pro triple rear camera system he is powered by the all-new Pixel ISP on Tensor G5 to make it its most advanced yet.

It includes a 50-megapixel wide camera with new enhanced optical stabilisation and video boost for rich detailed colour and lighting along with 8K video.

The Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL have an upgraded 5x telephoto lens for its best ever zoom quality along with the 100x Pro Res Zoom for stunning close ups.

And selfies never looked this good thanks to the 42-megapixel front camera with autofocus and wide field of view.

PIXEL 10 PRO FOLD – $2,699 (256GB), $2,899 (512GB), $3,249 (1TB)

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold has all the features of the Pixel Pro devices and has a 6.4-inch Actua front display that’s 11 per cent brighter than the Pixel 9 Pro Fold with up to 3000 nits peak brightness.

On the outside it maintains the look and feel of a regular smartphone, but it opens up to the 8-inch Super Actua flex inner display for multitasking and enjoying your content in a large format.

It has a gearless high strength hinge for added insurance along with improved drop performance and, for the first time on a Pixel Fold, IP68 water and dust resistance.

The hinges are made from spacecraft grade materials and can handle more than 200,000 folds.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold has an upgraded camera system which includes a 48-megapixel wide camera, a 5x telephoto lens with up to 20x and an ultra-wide lens with macro focus.

PIXEL WATCH 4 – $579 (41mm, WiFi), $749 (41mm, LTE), $679 (45mm WiFi), $849 (45mm LTE)

The new Pixel Watch 4 as I knew actual 360 Dome display that’s 10% larger and offering up to 3000 nits of brightness.

The Pixel Watch 4 comes in two size – 41mm and 45mm – and each have smaller bezels to create a larger display area.

Onboard users will enjoy the best of Fitbit with its range of advanced health and fitness tools to manage your wellbeing and training.

The Pixel Watch 4 also has the most accurate heart rate tracking and can also monitor other health metrics like SP02 as well as track your sleep and offer personalised training insights.

Gemini is also accessible from your wrist with the Pixel Watch 4 thanks to the seamless raise to talk functionality and quick response that leave bridges contextual information from across the apps on your device

PIXEL BUDS 2a – $239

These are the smallest and lightest earphones from Google and offer a comfortable fit.

And for the first time, the Pixel Buds 2a have Active Noise Cancellation with Silent Seal onboard.

Under the hood are 11mm dynamic speaker drivers with spatial stereo when connected to a compatible Pixel device.

PIXEL BUDS PRO 2 – $229

The Pixel Buds Pro 2 earphones have been given a major upgrade with a new level of audio quality.

From September the earphones will also receive adaptive audio, loud noise protection, hands free text and call answering and gesture controls so you can nod or shake your head to accept or reject calls.

PIXEL SNAP

Google has unveiled its version of MagSafe for its Pixel 10 smartphones.

Pixel Snap offers a number of Qi2 wireless charging solutions including the Pixel Snap case, Pixel Snap charger and Pixel Snap charger with stand.

The Pixel Snap Ring takes advantage of the Pixel 10’s rear panel magnet so it can be used as a stand.
