Toshiba has released new laptops that offer on-the-go versatility and allows users to choose how they want to access their content.

There are three devices in the Toshiba range that are designed to suit different customers with different usage demands.

The products include a 2-in-1 desktop replacement, a 2-in-1 ultrabook and a 2-in-1 detachable and all include smart features and the ability to adapt to your environment.

SATELLITE P50W 2-IN-1 DESKTOP REPLACEMENT – $1,599

The Satellite P50W is a 15.6-inch desktop replacement laptop with an innovative 360 degree hinge that allows the user to literally turn the device on its head.

In this position the Windows-powered device can be used as a powerful tablet computer to easily access your favourite content and apps.

The P50W has a sleek design and is encased in an aluminium chassis that’s actually thinner than an ultrabook.

Of course, in its regular mode the P50W also offers a high-powered computing experience thanks to its Intel Core i5 processor, 1TB storage capacity and nine hours of battery life.

Also on board is the latest 802.11ac faster wireless standard along with Harman Kardon speakers with DTS Studio Sound for high quality audio output.

The P30W is designed for users who are on the move and require a laptop that can keep up with their busy lives.

It has a 13.3-inch full high definition screen and can be used as a laptop or in tablet mode.

Under the hood is an Intel Core i5 processor, a 128GB SSD (solid state drive) which provides faster storage and access to your content and up to six hours of battery life.

On the connectivity side, the device has USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports, a microHDMI port to connect to a HD TV and a microSD card slot.

In laptop mode there is a full size frameless backlit tile keyboard along with a touchpad.

The Toshiba Satellite L30W detachable notebook

The L30W combines the convenience of a tablet with the power of a laptop and is suited to those users who can’t decide between these two products. With the L30W they’ve got both.

There is a 13.3-inch touchscreen display that can either be removed or angled on the keyboard at up to 125 degrees.

It can seamlessly switch from tablet mode to laptop mode – and vice versa – in seconds with one click.

The Toshiba Satellite L30W is both a tablet and a laptop

The L30W can power through an entire day with eight hours of battery performance and has 4GB RAM and a 500GB hard drive.

On the audio front, uses can enjoy the high-quality Skullcandy sound to make the device ideal for work or play.

There’s also an accelerometer and gyroscope for superior tablet performance along with Bluetooth, 802.11ac and a HDMI port to connect the device to your TV.
