Vodafone announces plans for iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C

iphone5cthumbVodafone has released prices for its iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C plans ahead of the September 20 launch which include new postpaid Red plans with generous data allowances.

Pricing starts at $46 per month on the $30 plan which includes a $16 monthly handset payment for the iPhone 5C 16GB over 24 months. On this plan users receive $200 of value with 200MB of data.

If you want the iPhone 5C 32GB model that pricing jumps up to $51 a month which includes the $30 plan and $21 monthly handset payment.

The iPhone 5C is available in five colours

With the highest $65 Red Plan, Vodafone is offering unlimited calls and texts with 1.GB data.

The iPhone 5C 16GB will incur an additional $2 handset on this plan for a total plan price of $67 per month for 24 months. The iPhone 5C 32GB will be $72 on this plan.

Red plans start at $67 for the iPhone 5C 16GB and includes unlimited calls and texts all the way up to $148 for the iPhone 5S 64GB and for that you’ll get unlimited calls, texts and up to 5GB of data.

To help manage data usage Vodafone will let customers know when they’ve hit 50, 85 and 100 per cent of their data limits.

Additional data is charged at 10 cents per MB and is calculated per kilobyte.
