HTC’s new smartphones featuring one-touch sharing on Facebook will be available exclusively on the Vodafone network from Wednesday.

The HTC ChaCha and Salsa are designed to be social with both featuring a dedicated Facebook button for easier sharing of updates, photos and locations.

The ChaCha has a full qwerty keyboard and a 2.6 screen while the Salse has a 3.4-inch touchscreen. Both have 5 megapixel cameras.

Both devices are running Android 2.3 operating system along with the added HTC Sense software layer.

The Facebook share button located on bottom of the front face of the device is actually context aware which means it will pulsate with light when there is the option of sharing content like when you take a picture, listening to music or surfing the web.

“HTC understands the growing value of social media and has taken that to a whole new level by introducing HTC ChaCha and HTC Salsa. These two new devices bring customers a refreshingly easy user experience and a more immediate way to engage with Facebook through a mobile device,” said Ben Hodgson, Country Manager, HTC Australia and New Zealand.
