Boost Mobile, the telco popular with young users, has won the Canstar Blue 2018 Customer Satisfaction Award after topping the customer ratings for pre-paid phone plans.
After a survey of more than 6000 Australians already using mobile plans, Boost Mobile scored perfect marks in overall satisfaction, customer service, network coverage, ease of recharge, billing and signup and activation.
Boost Mobile, which uses the Telstra 4G network, beat out other mobile virtual network operators for the top honours including AldiMobile, Kogan Mobile and Amaysim.
“Boost Mobile has struck a winning balance between good service, network coverage and value for money – all important considerations for mobile users looking for a better deal,” said Simon Downes, Editor of Canstar Blue.
“At a time when prepaid mobile value is getting better and better, consumers have plenty of choice, and Boost Mobile clearly has an engaged and satisfied fanbase.
This latest award comes after Boost Mobile announced an overhaul of its pre-paid mobile plans which now include even more data.
“This is an especially meaningful award given that it is a direct result of feedback from our customers,” said Jason Haynes, General Manager, Boost Mobile.
“Being the only provider to achieve top results in overall satisfaction means a huge deal to the entire Boost Mobile team, our hard work is paying off as we continue to satisfy the data hungry and drive value for our customers.
“Between the strength of being on the full Telstra network, our awesome data inclusions on every recharge and today’s acknowledgement that we are the best in our industry for customer support, we can be confident we are delivering on our promise of more to our customers.”
