EcoFlow releases new range of River 2 portable power stations

EcoFlow has released its latest River 2 range of portable power stations that can provide energy on the go for those who love the outdoors or emergency home back-up.

There are three models in the new range – River 2, River 2 Max and River 2 Pro which have 256Wh, 512Wh and 768Wh capacity respectively.

“With an uncertain economic and environmental outlook, we want to make clean, portable energy accessible to everyone, everywhere.

“The EcoFlow River 2 series makes this possible, offering practical, flexible and affordable energy solutions for adventures in the great outdoors or during power outages at home.”

Under the hood of each of the River 2 portable power stations, which come with a five-year warranty, is a safer and long-lasting LiFePO4 (LFP) battery which can perform more than 3000 cycles which means it can be used daily for the next 10 years.

Users can power fridges and lights as well as recharged their mobiles devices, cameras, drones and other devices.

The EcoFlow products include X-Stream technology which can recharge up to five times faster than similar products on the market.

Users can recharge the standard River 2 model in just one hour from 0 to 100 per cent.
The River 2 Pro can be fully recharged in just 70 minutes.

The portable power stations can also be recharged via solar power. Using the EcoFlow portable solar panel the River 2 units can be charged in about three hours.

The River 2 (256Wh) has 300W output, weighs 3.5kg – $649.

The River 2 Max (512Wh) has 500W output, weighs 6.1kg – $1,099.

The River 2 Pro (768Wh) has 800W output, weighs 7.8kg – $1,349.

EcoFlow River 2 and River 2 Max are now available for purchase from the EcoFlow official website, Amazon, Harvey Norman, Anaconda, Total Tools, Battery World.

The availability date of EcoFlow River 2 Pro will be announced later.
