Moshi releases quality USB-C cables and adapters to share power, data and video

Paying a little bit extra for a premium cable like the latest range from Moshi can make a huge difference in your set-up and offer better quality and connectivity, reliability and faster transfer speeds.

Having a good cable is like having good tyres on your car – they affect the feel and performance of your drive.

Moshi has released two new cables and an adaptor to connect monitors and other peripherals.

The cables are capable of sharing power, data and video content between USB-C devices like a MacBook Pro and a 4K monitor with support for high-quality multimedia transfer of 4K content and up to 60Hz.

Each has a coaxial design that supports up to 10Gbps transfer speeds as well as dual colour aluminium housings with reinforced stress points which not only looks good but also provides added durability.

The Moshi cables also have a built-in e-marker which supports USB charging up to 100W which eliminates the need to purchase a separate charging cable.

The anodised aluminium construction also helps to minimise electromagnetic interference.

Here are the new Moshi products:

Moshi USB-C Monitor Cable – $69

Connect your USB Type-C computer (such as a MacBook) to any USB-C monitor. This product is a full-function cable certified by the USB-IF so you can transfer power, data and multimedia content at blazing speeds up to 10 Gbps. Two-tone aluminium housing for durability and style.

Moshi USB-C to DisplayPort Cable 5 ft (1.5 m) – $99

Output 4K video and digital surround sound to any Ultra HD DisplayPort monitor. Certified by VESA and made with aircraft-grade aluminium for durability.

Moshi USB-C to HDMI Adapter – $74.98

Connect your USB-C device to your HDMI TV or monitor. Anodized aluminium housings with 4K output at 60 Hz.

They are available from JB Hi-Fi’s online store.
