As Melbourne comes out of lockdown, Apple has announced it will re-open all five of its Apple Stores across the city from Wednesday October 28 on an appointment only basis.
The Apple Stores in Highpoint, Southland, Chadstone, Doncaster and Fountain Gate will reopen for customers but with health and safety measures in place.
Customers will be able to pick up online orders made through the Apple online store and also receive Genius support with an appointment which can be made here.
Customers can also make appointments to shop via a one-on-one session with an Apple specialist via the Apple website.
The 1.5 metre social distancing which applies across all of Apple’s Australian retail stores will naturally apply to the five reopening stores in Victoria which closed back on July 9 .
Face coverings will be required for store workers and customers.
Masks will be provided to customers who don’t bring their own after temperature checks are conducted at the door.

Visitors will also be asked a series of health questions to screen anyone who may have symptoms like cough or fever or recent exposure to someone else affected with COVID-19.
Throughout the day the stores will receive regular deep cleaning on all surfaces, display products and areas of high traffic.
Last week, with the release of the iPhone 12, Victorian customers could only order the product online and have it delivered to their home.
Now with stores reopening it’s possible for anyone thinking of buying the iPhone 12 to now order online and pick it up in any of the five Melbourne stores by appointment.
Store opening hours can be found on the Apple website.
