Bose has just released a new range of audio products with Bluetooth on board to stream music wirelessly from compatible devices including smartphones and tablets.

This line-up also includes Bose’s first soundbar systems – Lifestyle 135 and CineMate 1 – which delivers virtual surround sound.

Bose has also introduced new on-ear headphones – the OE2 and OE2i – with great sound and contoured styling for a closer, more comfortable fit.

Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2

This device debuts new Bose technology including a new microphone system to reduce ambient noise and focus on the user’s voice for clearer calls.

The Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2 - available in left and right ear versions

For incoming calls the Bose TriPort acoustic structure and Adaptive Audio technology can adjust the volume levels as noise levels change so you’re never straining to hear your conversation.

It also comes in left ear and right ear versions and is priced at $199.

Bose SoundLink Wireless Mobile Speaker

The SoundLink is a portable speaker which can connect wirelessly to any Bluetooth-enabled device like smartphones and tablets.

Despite its smaller size the Bose SoundLink produces a big sound by combining four low-profile neodymium transducers for mid and high frequencies while opposing radiators produce deep bass while, at the same time, eliminating vibration.

The Bose SoundLink comes with a Cordura nylon cover and is priced at $449 for the LX model and $499 for the premium model with a leather cover.

The Bose Lifestyle 135 which includes a media receiver and a soundbar

Bose Lifestyle 135 and CineMate 1 SR

At the heart of the Bose Lifestyle and CineMate is a new soundbar which can be place horizontally below the TV or vertically on the wall.

The Bose FlexMount can automatically sense how and where the soundbar has been placed and make the necessary audio compensations to assure an impressive sound.

The Bose CineMate 1 SR audio system

It uses PhaseGuide sound technology – seen on the Bose VideoWave, the world’s first high definition TV that integrates a home theatre surround system – and produces sound in areas of the room where there are no speakers.

The Lifestyle 135 includes a media console with connections for up to six high definition sources and also has an AM/FM tuner and an iPhone/iPod dock.

The Lifestyle 135 and CineMate 1 SR are priced at $3,699 and $2,199 respectively.

The Bose OE2 headphones

Bose On-Ear OE2 and OE2i Headphones

Bose is famous for its headphones and it has just unveiled a brand new model – the OE2 and the OE2i.

The OE2 delivers an improved audio performance and have been styled for comfort so they can be worn for extended periods.

The Bose OE2i headphones has an inline remote and mic which can be used with an iPod, iPad or the iPhone

The OE2i is identical to the OE2 but also includes an inline remote control and microphone which means it can be used with Apple products like iPhone, iPad, iPod and MacBook and MacBook Pro laptops.

The remote allows users to navigate their music and control the volume while the microphone means iPhone users can also make and answer calls while listening to their tunes.

The OE2 and OE2i are priced at $149 and $199 respectively and are available in black or white.
