Dyson has just unveiled two new vacuums that take cleaning to the next level so customers will not only have a cleaner home but also a healthier home thanks to the powerful new features.

The Dyson V15 Detect is the company’s most powerful and intelligent cordless vacuum uses a laser detection system integrated into the fluffy head cleaner so it can illuminate dust particles invisible to the human eye so you don’t miss a spot.

V15 Detect can now also detect, size and count microscopic dust and show the user proof the floor is clean.

Dyson has also unveiled its slimmest and most manoeuvrable vacuum – the Dyson Omni-glide.

The Dyson Omni-glide is designed for hard floors and can easily get into hard-to-reach places with a head that glides in all directions.

DYSON V15 DETECT

The Dyson V15 Detect allows users to get an even better idea about the cleanliness of their home.

So you think looks clean with your naked eye can now be seen even more clearly through the laser detection system.

Areas of your hard floor that might look clean or that you thought you may have already cleaned are now revealed with the laser to clearly show the areas that still need to be cleaned.

The idea came from an engineers who noticed airborne particles glistening in the sunlight streaming into the room.

The result was the tiny green laser diode that now resides on the fluffy head to illuminate your hard floors as you clean so you don’t miss a thing.

The acoustic dust sensing system uses a piezo sensor to work out the size of the particles coming through the vacuum and also displays them on the screen on the handle so you definitely know when that area is clean.

Dyson’s V15 Detect was developed by a team of more than 370 engineers globally and has a Hyperdium motor to generate powerful suction and five stage filtration that can capture 99.99 per cent of dust particles down to 0.3 microns.

And the machine can increase suction power when it comes across a large amount of dust.

Also included with the Dyson V15 Detect is a new conical shaped anti-tangle tool which solves the problem of removing and detangling hair caught up in the brush.

It has been engineered for human and pet hair and prevents hair wrapping around the brush.

Dyson is also releasing a compact version – the V12 Detect Slim which includes the same technology and features of the V15 Detect but in a smaller and more compact size.

The Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Extra with HEPA filtration will be priced at $1,469.

The Dyson V15 Total Clean is priced at $1,399.
