Discount SIM-only mobile service provider Vaya has issued a challenge to other Australian telcos with a price guarantee that will price match the best deals out there for new and existing customers.
Vaya has come up with the promotion that will not only match the best 4G mobile plan a customer can find in terms of calls, texts and data inclusions, but also offer the first month for free.
After the price is matched, Vaya says that price will continue to apply for every month the customer sticks around.
And this offer applies to both new and existing customers.
Vaya’s mobile plans are powered by the Optus 4G network.
So if you’re already a Vaya customer and a red hot deal comes along, you can match it without having to move to that other telco.
“Other markets have used price beat guarantees with great success, and it’s something that’s sorely missing in the mobile telco space,” says Vaya marketing manager Jennifer Snell. “As a value-driven mobile service provider, we know that our mobile plans already offer incredible value, and this Price Beat Guarantee gives our customers that additional assurance that if another telco comes out with an even cheaper plan with the same inclusions down the line, all they have to do is give us a call and we’ll beat it.”
