Combined with Jabra’s new Sport Life app, the Sport Pulse wireless headphones can help users not only monitor their heart rate but also plan, track and evaluate their workout.
Jabra Sport Pulse can allow users to set their fitness goals, test their current fitness capacity, adjust heart-rate zone training and set goals based on distance, time or calories burned.
There is even personalised audio coaching which provides live feedback at every stage of your training.
And, of course, you can also control your music through the Sport Life app.
The earphones themselves are designed to sit comfortably in your ear thanks to a balanced designed, four sets of silicon ear gels and three sets of ear wings for the perfect fit that will lock them in place.
It is also certified with an IP55 rating so it can handle water, sweat, high temperatures, humidity and dust.
One of the earbuds has a biometric sensor that rests inside ear and measures the blood flow just beneath surface of your skin to work out your pulse.
On the audio side, the Jabra Sport Pulse wireless earphones leverages its sound engineering prowess to offer high quality audio enhanced with Dolby Digital sound.
The earphones connect to your device via Bluetooth and also have NFC (near field communication) on board for easier pairing with compatible devices.
There is also an inline remote control to control your music and a microphone so you can answer your calls on the move as well.
The tiny onboard rechargeable battery can last up to 4.5 hours on a full charge
Jabra’s Sport Pulse wireless earphones will be priced at $249 and will be available on October 1 from Dick Smith, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi and Telstra stores.
