Call of Duty Vanguard has just been unveiled as the latest instalment of the popular franchise which will be hitting next-gen consoles in November.
Developed by Sledgehammer Games, Call of Duty Vanguard is set during World War II and tells the story about the origins of the Special Forces.
The Special Forces played a pivotal role and formed Task Force One in an offensive that spanned four major theatres of the war.
The campaign will see players involved in a story that switches between four multinational heroes including Australian soldier Private Lucas Riggs.
Call of Duty Vanguard will see players engage the enemy across the Eastern and Western Fronts of Europe before sweeping throughout the Pacific and North Africa.
On the Multiplayer side, there are 20 maps and even more ways to play.
20 maps will be available at launch including 16 for core game play with a wide range of diverse environments.
There will be an advanced Gunsmith and Calibre modes which offers fresh challenges for online players.
Call of Duty Vanguard will also include an all-new Zombies co-operative game mode.
Call of Duty Warzone will be integrated with Call of Duty Vanguard and feature a brand new map which comes with a PC anti-cheat system.
The game is powered by the same next-generation engine that was first introduced in Call of Duty Modern Warfare that provides breath-taking realism and lifelike characters.
Call of Duty Vanguard will be available on November 5 on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and PC.
