ASUS launches stunning 3D OLED laptop that you can view glasses-free

ASUS has launched its latest range of stunning laptops which include ASUS Spatial Vision – the world’s first glasses-free 3D OLED display technology.

The 3D OLED technology is autostereoscopic which means users do not need to wear glasses to enjoy the immersive 3D experience.

This is achieved with a lenticular lens and advanced eye tracking camera technology which allows the display to create images for each eye that results in the 3D image.

Users have the choice between 2D and 3D and can switch easily between them.

This new technology can completely reinvent a creator’s workflow now they are able to see the details of an object in 3D without the need to create and review a physical prototype.

This glasses free 3D OLED technology will also integrate with apps in the ASUS Spatial Vision Hub so users can watch 3D movies and videos, play 3D games and enjoy 3D model visualisation or content creation.

ASUS is also providing the development tools with supporting materials and guidelines to help developers to create an ecosystem and content around 3D technologies.

OLED displays are at the heart of the ASUS line-up of laptops.

These include Windows 11-ready laptops with up to the latest 13th Gen Intel Core i9 HX series CPU and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPUs.

New products include ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED (H7604), Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602BZ), Zenbook Pro 14 OLED (UX6404), Zenbook 14X OLED (UX3404), Vivobook Pro 16X 3D OLED (K6604), ProArt Display OLED PA32DCM, and ProArt Display PA279CRV.

“AI is being infused throughout creative workflows, driving artists from concept to completion faster than ever,” said Jason Paul, vice president and general manager of the Studio platform at NVIDIA.

“ASUS ProArt, Vivobook, and Zenbook laptops, powered by new GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPUs, combine breathtaking style with the performance and reliability creators need to power advanced tools like generative AI and NVIDIA Omniverse.”

The OLED displays on the ASUS laptops have a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, a 0.2ms response time and a 120Hz refresh rate.

This all adds up to seamless visuals and the smoothest viewing experience.

This is the world’s first 3D OLED mobile workstation for creators with its glasses-free 3.2K 120Hz 3D OLED display.

Under the hood is the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13980HX processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPU, up to 64 GB of upgradeable memory and ultrafast storage.

This 16-inch laptop also includes the ASUS Spatial Vision technology and is powered by the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13980HX processor, with graphics provided by the latest NVIDIA GeForce RTX 40 Series Laptop GPU, along with a MUX Switch and NVIDIA Studio Driver support for an on-demand performance boost when gaming.

This new laptop includes the latest ASUS Supernova System on Module (SoM) design which reduces the motherboard core area by 38 per cent as well as increasing the overall cooling efficiency.

Also onboard is the 16:10 3.2K 120Hz OLED HDR NanoEdge touchscreen.

The Active Aerodynamic System (ASS Ultra) mechanism that powers the auto-tilting keyboard at a comfortable typing angle.

For those customers looking for performance and portability, these new Zenbook laptops certainly fit the bill with top shelf performance, best in class visuals and a compact chassis.

Onboard is a 2.8K 120Hz OLED NanoEdge Dolby Vision display which produces incredible detail, super smooth motion and incredibly realistic colour.
