The YouCam Makeup app is like having a virtual beautician at your fingertips to let you try new looks, check out all the makeup brands and even check the health of your skin.

We gave the app a try at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas with some incredible results.

Have you ever wondered what it looked like with blue hair? Well, wonder no more because the YouCam Makeup app can show you in an instant.

That’s one way to check what a hair colour would look without actually going through with it.

It’s also possible to access the latest makeup brands and try them out through the app.
YouCam Makeup uses your device’s camera to put you in the picture so you can style yourself up with accessories like glasses and ribbons.

The other beauty feature of the app is its skin analysis.

You can check your skin health with a score out of 100 and also tell you your skin age – if this latest number is younger than your actual age then you’re doing well.

It also assesses your face’s texture in the dark circles under your eyes.

And is also a fun side which allows users to try a number of filters like they would on Snapchat or Instagram.

The YouCam Makeup app is available now in the App Store and the Google Play Store.
