Ultimate Ears Wonderboom speakers produce a big sound you can take anywhere

Ultimate Ears has just unveiled its latest fun portable Bluetooth speaker – the Wonderboom – which is small and waterproof but capable of producing a surprisingly large sound.

The Ultimate Ears Wonderboom can produce 360-degree sound with a nice dose of bass.

It is IPX7 rated so it can be immersed to depth of one metre for up to 30 minutes so there’s no risk having the device at the beach, by the pool or in the shower.

The speaker is only 10cm tall and the onboard battery can run for up to 10 hours so you can take it anywhere and not have to worry about the tunes dying out any time soon.

You can also double up the Wonderboom and connect two speakers to create an even larger sound.

There are controls on top of the device so you can easily pair the speaker to your mobile device and play, pause and skip your music.

The Ultimate Ears Wonderboom is priced at $129 and goes on sale in April from Apple Stores, JB Hi-Fi, Harvey Norman and www.ultimateears.com.
