Prestigious watch maker TAG Heuer has released its second luxury smartwatch – the TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 – which combines the company’s Swiss heritage with the latest technology.
Intel is once again collaborating with Tag Heuer for the Connected Modular 45 to allow users to stay connected without compromising style.
TAG Heuer’s Connected Modular 45 has a 1.39-inch AMOLED touchscreen display with sapphire cover glass and is encased in durable titanium.
The watch is available in satin or polished grade 5 titanium.
It also has 4GB of onboard memory and is water resistant
The all-metal watch has wi-fi, Bluetooth, built-in GPS and NFC (near field communication) so you can do things like track a run, navigating a route and paying for something without being paired to your smartphone.
There’s a unique watch display and a companion app that gets to know the user and their schedule and proactively assists to keep you on track and on time.
The device is running Android Wear 2.0 software and also has its own TAG Heuer companion app to take full advantage of the watch’s features.
The TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 has plenty of options for customisation options and customers can select from 56 different versions – 11 standard versions in-store and 45 upon request with the possibility to add a variety of modules, horns, bracelets and buckles.
TAG Heuer Connected Modular 45 is available now from specialty watch stores and major retailers and is priced at $US1,600.
