Vodafone launches new program to reward customer loyalty

It pays to be loyal. That’s the message coming from Vodafone which just announced a new multiservice reward program called Bundle and Save which offers customers up to 20 per cent discount.

Bundle and Save is unlike any other telco reward program in Australia and is available for eligible plans across post-paid mobile, mobile broadband and NBN plans.

Customers will be offered a sliding scale of discounts starting from 5 per cent for two services and up to 20 per cent for five services.

Mobile plans priced $30 and above and launched after July 25, 2018 will be eligible along with tablet and mobile broadband plans $30 and above launched after June 27, 2018.

Eligible Vodafone NBN plans are the NBN 50 and NBN 100.

Customers bundling two plans will receive a 5 per cent discount, three plans for 10 per cent, four plans for a 15 per cent discount and 20 per cent off for bundling five eligible plans.

“We looked at what other markets around the world were doing to reward their customers and realised that Australia was lagging behind. We wanted to be the telco to challenge the status quo,” said Vodafone chief commercial officer Ben McIntosh.

“Through our rigorous research, we found that, first and foremost, customers want to be rewarded for their loyalty.

“Unlike the legacy telcos, we reward customers by discounting every single eligible service under Bundle and Save.

“For example, a customer with two new $60 Sim only services will  save $72 a year and a family with five eligible services will save $720. That’s a family’s Christmas presents, completely on us.

“The competition will not work as hard as we will to earn your loyalty and save you money. “The advice from us is to give yourself an early Christmas present, do your research and find yourself a better deal.”

Bundle and Save is available now to new and existing customers who renew their contract or upgrade to eligible plans.
