If you’re a cat lover, you’ll now be able to take even better care of your pet with the Catspad which is a smart pet assistant that can monitor your cat and help them stay healthy.
The Catspad looks like a pod with a large opening to place food and water inside.
The idea of the product is to monitor and control the amount of food and water your cat consumes and keep track of their consumption history.
You’ll also get a notification when the stocks of food and water are getting low.
With Catspad and the companion app, owners can check on their cat’s food and water intake from their smartphone from anywhere.
Cats tend to graze on their food – eating small amounts 10 to 15 times a day.
When the amount of food they eat changes, this is easily seen within the Catspad app.
This could indicate the onset of sickness or disease so knowing when these changes take place can make a huge difference.
The Catspad also provides flowing water and filtration which takes the impurities and chemicals out of your tap water.
And because they water is moving it will encourage the cat to drink more.
Catspad was unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas and will be available in the coming months through Kickstarter.
